Deletion Process

1. Request Deletion

To delete your Ratel Travel account, please send an email to support@rateltravel.com from the email address associated with your account.

2. Verification

For your security, our team will verify your identity before proceeding with the deletion. This may involve a confirmation email or code sent to your registered device.

3. Final Deletion

Once verified, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days, except where legal retention is required.

Important Notice

  • All your booking history and active travel packages will be permanently lost.
  • Your wallet balance (if any) will be forfeited. We recommend withdrawing your funds before requesting deletion.
  • This action is irreversible. You will not be able to recover your account once it has been deleted.
