Ratel Travel provides visa processing, travel assistance, and related services. We act as an intermediary between clients and embassies, airlines, and other service providers.
3. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree that:
- All information and documents you provide are accurate and genuine
- You will comply with all immigration and travel requirements
- You understand that visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or immigration authority
4. Visa Processing Disclaimer
Ratel Travel does not guarantee visa approval. Approval or rejection of any visa application is determined solely by the embassy or immigration office.
5. Payments
- All payments made are for processing, consultation, and service fees
- Fees may vary depending on the service requested
- Payments are non-transferable
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only issued if the failure in processing is directly caused by Ratel Travel
- If a client requests a refund without a valid reason, it will not be granted
- Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 weeks

7. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel their application before submission; however, charges may still apply for work already completed
- Once an application has been submitted, cancellation may not be possible

- Your data is used strictly for visa processing and travel-related services
- We do not share, sell, or misuse your personal information with unauthorized third parties

9. Limitation of Liability
Ratel Travel shall not be held responsible for:
- Visa rejections by embassies
- Delays caused by third parties (embassies, airlines, government agencies)
- Losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the client
